I always knew I wanted to specialise in nutrition for athletes.
But when I began working in a CrossFit gym, it became clear fast: there were major red flags holding people back.
Athletes obsessed with paleo.
Training hard but fasting or skipping meals.
No structure or plan to actually fuel recovery and results.
It wasn’t the programming that was holding people back, it was their nutrition.
That’s when I realised the CrossFit and functional fitness community had been left behind.

So I decided to be that person.
